Wash and dry the feet or desired area. Peel off the adhesive sheet, place the foot pad on the adhesive where indicated, and apply to the soles of the feet or another body area. Wear for 8–10 hours, then remove and wipe the surface until no adhesive remains. Used patches may appear dark greenish or grayish as they absorb waste; continue nightly use until pad discoloration subsides, then reduce to once or twice weekly for maintenance.
