Kiğılı V-Neck Knitwear Vest

great product thank you

a long and wide vest.

Hello, I want to return the product I purchased from the Kiğılı seller via Trendyol. The product has only been used for body testing and has not been used for any purpose. We want to return it due to size incompatibility. Since we know that the return/exchange period in Kiğılı stores is 1 month, we acted relying on this period. Therefore, we thought we could process the return from there once we had the product in the store. However, the store informed that since the product was purchased through Trendyol, the return can only be made through Trendyol. At this stage, the 15-day return period on Trendyol had expired. The product is unused and in a resalable condition. There is no malicious situation in the process being like this; it was simply based on trusting the return/exchange period of the Kiğılı brand's store. Therefore, I request that our refund request be evaluated as exceptional in order to resolve our grievance. If necessary, I can also provide photos of the product's condition. I request your support.
