Product Q&As
Is the viral shampoo enough without the conditioner
Answer from PROPULER KOZMETİK A.Ş.
If you don't need any extra moisture support it will be enough to nourish your hair. However, we always recommend the care cream for extra care and softness.

How to use it? Is it like a shampoo every time you wash your hair?
Answer from PROPULER KOZMETİK A.Ş.
Hi, Keune Silver Savior Shampoo is a conditioning shampoo with purple pigment; therefore it is not recommended to use it constantly like regular shampoo every wash. Just use it 1–2 times a week as needed. After wetting your hair, apply the product and leave it on for 1-3 minutes before rinsing. Once the unwanted yellow or orange reflections subside, you can continue with your regular shampoo. If you want a more intense neutralizing effect, you can slightly increase the waiting time.
