Before first use, wash the product with warm water and a soft sponge and dry it. Use on medium or low heat; do not leave empty on the heat for long periods and avoid sudden temperature changes. To avoid damaging the coating, use wooden, silicone, or plastic kitchen utensils instead of metal ones. After use, wait for the product to cool completely and wash it by hand; do not use abrasive sponges or chemicals. Store it out of the reach of children and discontinue use if the coating develops serious scratches or deformations.
