Kemal Tanca Gold Men's Classic Shoes 23613

Look, I bought these coffee Kemal Tanca shoes, I opened them from the box and put them on, it looked like they were going to come off my feet, I took a few steps, it started to leave marks as if it would break immediately, I said I would return it because I normally wear size 42, but I don't know the size of the shoe, it was too big, I put it in the box immediately and made a return request, but unfortunately it was rejected. I had bought black Tamer Tanca shoes before, and within a few months, the shoes are in the condition shown in this picture. Also, I wear clean shoes. As you can see, even though I did not wear the brown shoes, the return was rejected.
