Product Q&As
Hi, can the cloth be stored in a corner on the side alone for long?
Answer from Katre-i Şifa
Hi, sure you can keep it. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, it was said that it is suitable for use 100 times, but after a few washes, the adhesive seems to decrease. What should I do? Is it normal?
Answer from Katre-i Şifa
Hello, it would be better to wash it gently without rubbing. To restore its former glory, you can refresh the product by placing wax paper between the wax cloth and the iron, turning the wax on the cloth into a liquid state. We wish you healthy days.

Is there a large size?
Answer from Katre-i Şifa
Hello, it is 30x30 cm in size. We also have a set of 5. It consists of 4 30x30 cm cloths and 1 20x25 cm cloth. There is also a set of 6, all of them are 30x30 cm.
