I will make a nasal spray. For allergies. how many drops of each oil should i put and what to dilute with?

You can use it by dropping it directly into the nose. 2-3 drops of oud oil will be enough.

Can you please inform me about the usage? Is it hungry or full? Can we use it both in the morning? How many drops? Thank you.
Answer from Katre-i Şifa
Hello, you can drink 1 teaspoon of oudim oil before going to bed in the evening. You can give it twice a day, in the morning on a full stomach and in the evening, if you see the need. A half teaspoon of black cumin oil is sufficient per day. You can use it for 3 weeks and then take a break for 1 week and continue using it. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, I am thinking of using these two products by adding them to a small nasal spray box (10 ml) for my children and diluting them with physiological saline. How many drops of each do you think I should put in the bottle?
Answer from Katre-i Şifa
Hello, you can drop 3 drops of udim, 1 drop of black cumin oil and shake well.
