KAPRA YAYINLARI Living - Insanlığımı Yitirirken ... 2 Kitap Set

Product description

A true coward is terrified even by happiness, bruised even by raw cotton, wounded even by joy

Dazai's semi-autobiographical Losing My Humanity, based on fragments of his own life, was also his last work

This dark novel, in which the author carefully blends fact and fiction, tells the rollercoaster story of Y?z?'s story of ups and downs through the diaries he left behind

as he oscillates between his fear of people, his desire to be liked, and his numbness, Y? "What I hate about Dazai is that he reveals exactly what I want to keep hidden inside me

" ?Yukio Mishima "From the perspective of a healthy common sense, Dazai's writings can seem like the monologues of a pervert

" ?Yasunari Kawabata "The individual's struggle to conform to the norms of society has been relevant since the time the work was written

" The Japan Times Living In his younger days, when he devoured the family fortune, Fugui was unaware of what a long life would offer him

so when he begins to talk about his life years later to a stranger he meets while plowing his field with his old ox, he will recount more than what happens to a spoiled teenager: Fugui recounts the lives of six people with him, the surprises of fate, the pains and joys of life

From his tongue, or more accurately from Yu Hua's pen, what spills out turns into an epic novel about the human condition

A simple narrative gives birth to a powerful narrative: The lines on paper are like the traces left by the plow on the soil

Just as life encompasses everything, Living embraces life as it is, with its births and deaths, its unhappiness and hopes

Despite being banned in its country when it was published, Bahar Kılıç translated Living, which has become a "modern classic" with the increasing number of readers who say that they have lived a life as if they had not read a life story, from its Chinese original
