summary:Beşir atalay…Scholar, manager, strategist, politician…A reflective personality who has perceived turkey's political, socio-cultural and economic processes, especially since 1950, as a sensitive subject.

a believing idealist who seeks to spread the values of personal life into all areas of his life.

it brings to light details of high historical value from childhood to the present.'just living and writing' is also the intellectual story of a generation.

‘planning to write down my own memories, i intended to centre the sequence of events on the story of life, but mainly in a broader framework, to contribute to an understanding of the social and political conditions of the era i lived in or of some of the periods. Therefore, i tried to analyze the conditions of the period as much as, or even more than, the events. In this sense, the period i lived in, from my perspective, can also be described as a summary of social and political history.
