Very disappointing delivery experience. The courier initially refused to come closer to the pinned location and parked quite far away. I asked him to at least drive closer to the entrance so I could meet him there, but he refused to even get out of his car. I had no choice but to walk halfway to meet him. This kind of behavior is not acceptable, especially when the customer is simply asking the courier to deliver the order closer to the designated location. Couriers should make a reasonable effort to reach the delivery point and provide proper customer service. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.
