Hello, the straw part of this ready-made straw cup is closed, water does not come in, how can we do this?
Answer from Jojobebek
Hello, if the liquid does not come out by pulling with your mouth, you can slightly expand it with the tip of a needle, there will be no problem, we hope you use it in healthy days, best regards

Should we wash it with hot water or pour boiled water?
Answer from Jojobebek
Hello, you can wash it as you would normally wash dishes (dishwasher safe). Do not use excessively strong detergent during washing, as it can corrode the products when used too much. After washing, it is recommended to dry and ventilate. We hope you enjoy it in healthy days. Regards

How is the lid of the glass? Does it leak or anything?
Answer from Jojobebek
Hello, when you close the lid from the top, it closes, there is no leakage, but since silicone is a soft material, there may be a possibility of the lid opening when the child presses strongly from the edges. We wish you healthy days, best regards.
