JOINFIT Wristband Wrist Straps 2 Pcs - Weight Lifting and Fitness Wristbands

Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest in our product. JOINFIT Wrist wraps (weight wristband) strongly grasps the wrist joint during training, limiting the joint's backward bending and providing strong stabilization and support during heavy thrust/lift movements. This helps to reduce the pressure on the wrist during training. But this item is not a medical treatment or an orthopedic rehabilitation equipment. If you have persistent or severe pain in your wrist, or if you suspect a ligament injury or damage, we recommend consulting a specialist (orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist) before continuing your training. We wish you healthy and productive training.
