    Product Q&As

The envelope is matte and I melt the candle with 100w. The red net, the others are all good, but this gold color one does not hold well, what should I do now, sir?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

Then I will suggest you use double-sided tape sir, I will inform my friends to check the candles, but only their colors are different. There shouldn't be a problem. You can prepare your prints on a marble or flat cold surface with a gun, then attach tape to the back of the candle and stick it to the surface you want. In fact, this method is generally everyone's choice, because when there is an error in printing, there is a possibility of giving trouble to the envelope or product. This way you can get nicer prints and seal products with more confidence.

    Translated by Google

    How do we melt it

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

You can use it with a 60 watt silicon gun or a seal wax spoon.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can you give me information about the use of this product? Does it fit into a silicone gun?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

You can use it with a 60 watt silicone gun, sir. It fits in the pistol.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how many grams is the product?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

Hello, it weighs approximately 120 grams with the box.

    Translated by Google

Would it be a seal candle to use and light with string and holder on paper?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

Hello, the rope etc. you wrap the products on paper. You can stream and seal on the products. It is suitable for use. However, the seal is not suitable for lighting candles.

    Translated by Google

Worked application with my 200w silicone gun but started to melt off gun. Unfortunately I couldn't apply it. Is this normal? So does it have to be 60w?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

The heat rating of the gun may be too high. When using the seal wax in the gun, do not leave the gun sideways on the table, the mouth part should be facing downwards. Also, the candle needs to be used in the gun as it melts. If the candle inside boils due to excessive heat, it will overflow from the found point. You may have had these problems. There are application videos on the internet, please watch them and get a preview before proceeding.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I want to use it for invitations, but there are 3 months left for the invitation printing. If I prepare the seals in advance, how should I keep them? Can I stick it to the invitation with a silicone gun?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

You just need to keep it in a cool place and out of sunlight. You can apply the products directly on the envelope. If it doesn't hold the envelope, you can use hot silicone, fletching or double-sided tape.

    Translated by Google

    Hello, is the seal fragile?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

These are not, sir, we only sell them in red as they are fragile. You can see our product on the shop page. It is sold as fragile round seal wax.

I'm going to make a memory book with my friends, but I don't want the pages to be read by others. Can I use the pages to block them? Will I have problems opening them later?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

You can use it to seal but we can mark the notebook when opening. It may tear depending on the texture of the pages.

    Translated by Google

    How is it used

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

You can use it with a 60 watt silicone gun.

    Translated by Google

Hi, can the tip of the rod be melted with a lighter and used,

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

Yes but we do not recommend it. It ruins both the color and the material. You can use it with a spoon or a silicone gun.

    Translated by Google

Hello, can these candles be used on a glass surface?

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

It does not stick to the glass surface very well, sir. You can stick it to the surface with double-sided tape.

    Translated by Google

Hello. What is the diameter of your product in mm? Will we have any problems if we install it on a 40 W Silicone gun? I know 60 W is compatible, but we have 40 W. Also, does the candle fit into any silicone gun on the market? Concerned about fitting.

    Answer from İZ MÜHÜR

Hello, you can use it but it will heat up late. Our recommendation is 60 watts. It has a diameter of 11 mm. It fits snugly on their thick hot silicone guns.

    Translated by Google
