Directions for Use: Gently massage a sufficient amount of the product into wet hair and scalp to create a lather, then rinse. Repeat the process a second time, leave on for about 3 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Intensive Care Period: Recommended for use 3 times a week. For Ongoing Care: Recommended for use once a week. On other days of your routine, it is recommended to use Relief SD Shampoo 2 Maintenance Shampoo. Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Do not apply to open wounds or irritated scalp. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and at room temperature. Discontinue use if any unexpected effects occur.
