The history taught in schools and universities in turkey is often superficial. In schools, history is the most disliked subject for students, it is a meaningless, memorized lesson. The scores of university history departments, in other words, history buffs, are very low. History is not a field of exciting science that will be investigated in the eyes of many of us, but rather a field where evidence will be compiled to support certain accepted ideological or political positions. We thought that maybe this book could make a modest contribution to saving our country's history from complete annihilation. This volume in your hands is an indispensable resource for the history of politics, economy, thought and science of the ottoman state during the 1600-1908 period

indispensable for architecture and art.
