İthaki Yayınları The Latch of the Exterior Door

Product description

"the door of the outer door, the first story book of arzu uçar, which won the 2015 yaşar nabi nayır award

these are stories where souls, who do not know where to place themselves, hide on doorsteps, window sills, and sometimes spill out into the streets to prove their existence

we meet characters who realize that they are even unfamiliar with their own emotions while searching for the answer to the question ""what would change if i were not there?"" and with them, we ask ourselves: how will i recognize the one who will complete me when i find him? ""in the vast universe, on a continent within a planet, within that continent, within a country, within a city street, in the bedroom of a house on the third floor, a tiny woman crying, huddled under the covers

a tiny existence, like a point within interwoven, intertwined formations

a faded point, as beautiful as the stars on top, but no one has looked and seen it anymore

a trivial trace that no one will notice its absence if it cannot get up from the bed it is lying on again, filling no place."
