Product description

As cities are rising in layers on top of each other towards the end of the century we are in, events that begin after a triple murder in istanbul are dragging us into the past, parallel universes, and other planets. "mehmet atılgan, who skillfully blends detective and science fiction genres in ""godless"" and takes us to the end of the 21st century, manages to carry the bar quite high in his speculation about the possible future and keep the reader's curiosity alive with twists and turns." “benjamin libet, as a result of his experiments in 1973, revealed that consciousness is everything and that it comes into play half a second after it is over. So when we say now, we are experiencing an event that has already happened in the past. Other neurophysiologists have interpreted this situation as follows: it is like a monitor that we always experience in the past and that shows all the experiences of our consciousness half a second later. Normally, all perception is transmitted to the brain. While it is evaluated and interpreted unconsciously, the self is unaware of anything. If the information that comes to life in our mind, that is, the information that we can become aware of, is cortex after a rather long delay, it is sent to the region where consciousness is located. What if someone developed a technology that would delay the transmission of information from the outside to the cortex? What if it found a way to perceive images transmitted to our consciousness later? Then the future has already been lived. We remember 'back when'. The future and the present are entirely under our control.
