İthaki Yayınları Karakambur</DNTCTMS> - Ömer Izgeç -

Product description

There are other people. People we don't know, people we can't advertise, people near and far, magical, dark, but real. Of course, their stories are not like everyone else's. These are the unique stories that happen right here in our backyard, the ones that resonate with us, the ones we hear. The stories of people who fight with their minds, some of which fit into the mind but some overflow it, comparing yesterday with now, and now with tomorrow. Ömer i̇zgeç opens a new door with the stories in karakambur and invites the reader to other worlds. He takes the narrative of fairy tales, from the hands of ancient tales, and brings it to us, enriching it with a careful language. Karakambur is a book that will stay in your mind for a long time with its atmosphere and characters. The lights illuminated the trees, moving across the forest like giant insects.

i pulled my knees up to me, wrapped them with my arms.

water dripped from my wet clothes onto the floor.

i put my hand in my pocket, took out a small piece of wood and started sucking. At that time, a light went out on the hills ahead, then came back on.

it seemed to wink at me.

sometimes, like the stars do.

i was right, i aimed and threw the piece i had at the choppers with all my might.

hills again blinked.

i got off the dam and started running, stomping my feet hard.

right on the lights.

pat pat pat..
