İthaki Yayınları Eros'un Istırabı

Product description

Thinking can only be enhanced with eros.

to be able to think, one must be able to be a friend, to be in love. Without eros, thought loses all its vitality, all its restlessness, and falls back into a state of stasis, becoming merely a repetition.

eros encourages thought with the desire for another.

narcissism, contrary to popular belief, is not about loving oneself.

it brings a negative limitation that manipulates between the self-loving ego and the other in its favor. However, the narcissist cannot clearly define the boundaries of their own self

they blur the line between themselves and others. The world appears to the narcissist only in the shadow of its own memories. There is no ability to recognize others within the otherness and to surrender this otherness.

it will only find meaning where it can somehow recognize itself. I can only leave hell, the same hell, with the help of another who fascinates me and whom i desire, a friend, a lover, with love.
