Product description

"sait faik embraces the people he meets on the road, in front of the cinema, on the bus, on the bridge, on the ferry, in gülhane park, i don't know, in a shop or in a corner by the most coastal part of istanbul, and immerses them in his stories." Of course, he doesn't immediately throw his hands at every person he leans on to flatten these stories, he weighs them down as if he's buying a melon, smells them, and after finding a side that could be a story, he embraces them. Because according to him, not every person has a story inside him. The job that falls to the writer is to sting the person who carries a story inside him. After pinching once, there is nothing left to do but to extend your hand and pull the story out of it.” salâh birsel, from ah beyoğlu vah beyoğlu
