İpekyol Guipure Lace Mix Shirt

The product is very nice, the fabric is perfect for summer, it shows a little see through, but it can be solved with appropriate underwear. 🌟 🌟 🌟

Trendyol’s courier picked up the wrong package — no bell, no call, no check against any label or invoice. It was a 6,000 AED (80,000 TL) Level Shoes delivery, not my Ipekyol return, which never left my apartment since I wasn’t told the courier was coming. I notified Trendyol the next day, by phone and in writing. Response: not their legal responsibility, contact the courier myself. Worse, Ipekyol accepted the Level Shoes package and refunded it as if it were my own return. My real return items never left my possession — this is no longer a simple mistake. I’ve called customer service four times and emailed both Aramex and Trendyol. No one has taken responsibility. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This unethical, unprofessional handling has been exhausting. I’ve filed a consumer rights complaint and will escalate to the police given the value. Sharing publicly so other customers are aware and both companies take this seriously.
