İpekyol Sequined Raw Edge Shirt Jacket

The courier of Trendyol picked up the wrong package — one that had nothing to do with my Trendyol order. He did not ring the bell, did not call me, and did not check the package against any return label or invoice before taking it. It was a 6,000 AED (80,000 TL) Level Shoes delivery, while my actual Ipekyol return items were still inside my apartment, since I hadn’t been told the courier was coming that day. I notified Trendyol the very next day, on call center and in writing. Their response: this was not their legal responsibility, and I would need to resolve it myself with the courier company. Whats even worse , Ipekyol then accepted the Level Shoes package into their system and processed a refund as if it were my own return. My real return items have never left my possession — I can prove this. Since then, I have called the customer service line four times and sent written emails to both Aramex and Trendyol. No one has taken responsibility, and nothing has been resolved. I’ve been a loyal Trendyol and Ipekyol customer for years. The unethical and unprofessional behavior has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. This has gone on long enough that it can no longer be treated as a simple mistake. I’ve filed a formal consumer rights complaint and will be escalating to the police given the value involved. I’m sharing this here and across social media so other customers are aware, and so both companies finally take this seriously.
