Product Q&As
Does it come with the outer frame, or is it just a mesh?
Answer from ipek home
The mechanism, the safe, the chain, everything is ready, it moves up and down with the chain in my hand, mounted on the ceiling.

does it show contents from outside
Answer from ipek home
It does not show during the day, but when the light is on at night, it shows as a 20 percent silhouette, in dark colors it shows more inside at night, in light colors it shows less.

Hello, does it let the sun through?
Answer from ipek home
It lets the light in, blocks the sun, and keeps the inside cool. It is a curtain specially designed for the sun.

Can you see from the inside to the outside? Also, when you open the window in the summer, does air enter the room?
Answer from ipek home
Yes sir, it has a porous structure, it allows wind to pass through, you can see outside when it is closed, the inside cannot be seen from the outside, it is resistant to extreme heat, it has a fireproof certificate, it clearly keeps the inside cool, it prevents all harmful rays of the sun and prevents screen explosions.

Hello, I have 10 large windows including the door, the largest one is 2.20x1.67, can it be made to the size we want? Also, some of the windows are too high. Is it possible to open them with a long rope?
Answer from ipek home
Hello. Yes it can. Please let us know your measurements here. Standard chains are designed according to normal dimensions, that is, they hang down 1.5 m from the curtain frame. Longer size chains can be attached. Please let us know the distance from the ceiling to the floor of the curtain along with the measurements, and we will assist you accordingly.
