How to use: Pour 10-15 ml of mouthwash into the cap. Swish the mouthwash around your mouth for 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it reaches all areas, especially the gum line and between teeth. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not rinse with water afterward to allow the active ingredients to continue working. Use twice daily, preferably after brushing your teeth, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Cautions & Warnings: For oral use only. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist. Do not use if the seal is broken or damaged.
