Product Q&As
Our doctor gave us this to use in the morning and evening, once a day, but he did not tell us how many times it should be used. For acne-prone skin.
Answer from mage ilaç & kozmetik
Hello, it is recommended to use it once a day.

The color of the ones we used before was yellowish, I wonder why it is so transparent? Also, it foams when you take it in your hand and rub it. Is this normal? This didn't happen with the previous ones.
Answer from mage ilaç & kozmetik
Hello, it is normal for the active ingredients in it to turn yellow over time. The product you have is transparent because it is newly produced, it will turn yellow as it waits. We wish you healthy days

Hello, sometimes it foams a little while using the serum, I wonder why it foams?
Answer from mage ilaç & kozmetik
Hi It is normal for it to bubble in the bottle. Due to the actives in the contents and the dropper giving off air.
