"the typical intellectual who sees himself as a savior, devotes himself to educating the public (or making men), and becomes ""wild"" as a result of the conflict between the reality he creates in his mind and the reality he experiences."

Yakup kadri karaosmanoğlu, who stepped onto the turkish literary scene with his poems, stories, articles, and critical writings written to magazines with great productivity in the first half of the twentieth century, is among our most important writers with his novels, stories, essays, plays, and memoirs. The stylistic features of yakup kadri's works from 1910 to 1974 reflect all the stages through which turkish has gone.

the wealth of subject and ideas in his works is not inferior to the diversity of language features. The literary career of yakup kadri, which began under the influence of french literature, took on an original voice after the 1920s and turned towards political and sociological issues, history, period conflicts, and individual psychology inquiries.

"the works of karaosmanoğlu, a writer who grew up from the fecr-i ati but also struggled with the novel technique to incorporate social conditions, historical processes, and individual portraits into the texture of the novel for fifty years, are still a rich ""panorama"" of unexplored details that need to be discussed and examined."
