Answer from İlaslan International

There were people who wrote that it darkened, what do you think is the reason?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, the product may darken due to not getting air. We recommend that you hang the product in its long form after use. Do not hang it by folding or cover it with other products in a way that it cannot breathe. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, can it be used both as a scrub and as a foaming fiber?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, available sir.

Can it be washed in the washing machine? If washed, at what temperature should it be washed?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, we recommend not to wash it in the washing machine. After using your product, you can rinse it and let it dry. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, should we dry it in the sun after bathing or should it dry in the bathroom?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, both are possible. After using, rinse thoroughly and wring it out to hang. Do not hang it by folding it.

How should we use it? Should we only use the pumpkin fiber side or the towel side?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, keep the pumpkin side in contact with water. It will start to inflate by itself. Then you can use it with shower gel or soap to foam.

Should we use the hard side or the soft side? ?
Answer from İlaslan International
Hello, the hard side is used. If you wish, you can use the soft side after using the front side for a massage effect.

I saw conversations in the comments about whether the pouch will swell or be like a towel.
Answer from İlaslan International
Since it is made of pumpkin, it swells when it comes into contact with water. The front side is double-sided with pumpkin, and the back side is made of towel.
