I want to use it in the breastfeeding position. You said that the other model is more suitable, but I want to buy this for long-term use. I would have problems.
Answer from HuggyMommy
It's your choice sir We wish you good shopping

Does the belt loosen on its own?
Answer from HuggyMommy
No sir, it has a double safety lock system. The belt length is adjustable and will not loosen on its own when used correctly Hope you enjoy it in good times..

Is the locking mechanism safe? I witnessed something. Another brand was opened. Thank God, nothing happened to the baby. I want to get information about this.
Answer from HuggyMommy
Hello, our product has a double safety lock system on the belt part. It does not loosen or open on its own when used correctly. Suitable for use with babies who can sit up unaided, though it's always a good idea to offer support with one hand.

Is the shoulder support soft? We have one now and I can't use it anymore, it hurts my shoulder so much. Also, will the part I sit on leave marks on my baby's legs?
Answer from HuggyMommy
Hello, there is a supportive sponge in the shoulder strap part, but a very thick sponge should not be expected. The product is suitable for babies who can sit on their own for 9 months and over. It's good to support it with one hand for safety. We wish you good shopping

I have twin babies. While I am lowering them to the stroller with the elevator, will one of them be safe while the other is sitting idle in my lap?
Answer from HuggyMommy
Hello, this model is suitable for children from 9 months (for children who can sit on their own). You may need to support the child with one hand. We wish you good shopping.

Do we sit the baby directly inside or does it have a snap-on place?
Answer from HuggyMommy
