Product Q&As
Hello, I am thinking of buying the tire to fold it in half on the pull-up bar, put a bar through the middle and do the back pulldown movement on the machine. I can do it with a 60 kg resistance band. Is it suitable for this movement? Is the tire too hard?
Answer from horizon king
It won't be too harsh, sir. If you are doing 60lbs you will be pushing 80lbs. By the way, you don't have to fold it in half and do it. You can also tie the single end to the anchor. You can pass the other end through the inside of one end, then pull the end you passed through all the way and secure it that way.

I weigh 83 kilos, what do you recommend?
Answer from horizon king
What exercises will you be doing? What is your height, what is your gender? You can perform movements such as banded squat and banded good morning with this product.

I weigh 100 kilos and there is no equipment at home to do lower back extensions. I plan to bend forward and do it using this. I will put the tape around my waist and fix it to a solid place, then I will go 1 or 2 steps forward, return to the place where I fixed my back, place my feet on the wall or the place where I fixed the tape, bend forward and stand up to strengthen my waist, but I am not sure if it will carry me. Is this sufficient or do you recommend the one that is 95 pounds?
Answer from horizon king
I couldn't imagine the way you said it worked. I am also a strong person 95 kilos. In the picture I am doing the good morning movement on the band. I am having a very hard time with this tape. I haven't even tried it with the orange band. I tied the band around my neck to use the resistance efficiently. But of course, if you tie it around your waist, the length of the moment arm will be shortened, so the resistance will be reduced. How will it stay stable on your waist? It can slide.

If I tie a kettlebell to the end of this, will it last up to 40-50 kilos?
Answer from horizon king
Of course, sir.
