The pen is detected on the screen without touching the tip of the pen. How can I turn it off or how can it be solved?
Answer from HONOR Türkiye
Hello, the situation where your HONOR Choice Pencil pen is detected without touching the screen may be due to the device's proximity detection feature. In this case, we recommend that you remove the pen from the Bluetooth settings and pair it again, as well as check the firmness of the pen tip and, if you have a screen protector, try removing it temporarily. You can also resolve the issue by disabling the proximity detection or pointer tracking option in your device settings, if it's available.
