Product Q&As
What is the pillow height? Medium hardness
Answer from homewell
Hello, you can adjust the grammage. We use 1 kg for the high pillow, 900 grams for the medium pillow and 800 grams for the thin pillow. 📲 0546 (zero five four six) 468 (four hundred sixty eight) 93 (ninety three) 55 (fifty five) It would be better if you write to customer service 😊

Hello, how should I wash it?
Answer from homewell
Hello, you can wash it in the machine at 30 to 40 degrees. But definitely do not use fabric softener. Because our product is all natural ingredients will spoil the fabric softener product. As long as you pay attention to this rule, you can ensure long-lasting use. Before you forget, when you are not going to use the product, you can put the natural lavender sachet we will send as a gift into the product's drink and fold it, or after folding it, leave it on the product and put it in the special bag that comes with it and put it away. If you wish, you can vacuum the product and store it in its bag with a lavender sachet inside before vacuuming. hope all this info was enough for you. It's a little long, but it's very important for us that you get maximum efficiency from the product. With love
