Product description

The 7 in wall anchor and screw set for curtain refers to a set of specific diameter fixings, generally used for light to medium load installation work.

the outer diameter of the dowel is 7mm.

(this is the diameter of the hole that needs to be opened with a drill.

) it is mostly made of plastic (polyethylene or polyamide/nylon).

used to fix an object to surfaces such as concrete, brick, full brick wall or aerated concrete. Once tightened, the anchor expands within the hole, ensuring a secure and firm hold on the surface.

for a 7 dowel, a 7mm diameter hole should be drilled with a drill.

suitable for installing light and medium load hangers, shelves, small boards, cable channels, and curtain systems. The screw designed to be inserted into a 7mm anchor should fit snugly inside the anchor and be thick enough to expand it. Generally, screws with a diameter of 4.5 mm or 5 mm are ideal for a 7/8" dowel. The screw diameter should be smaller than the anchor's hole, but large enough to fully expand the anchor.

) depends on the length of the anchor and the thickness of the material to be mounted.

generally, a length between 40mm and 70mm is preferred. In vertical curtain systems, these types of anchor and screw sets are frequently used to secure the profiles (mounting brackets) that allow the mechanism (aluminum profile) to be mounted to the ceiling or wall.
