Spy412 - cornice joining device product code: spy412 product type: assembly accessory (cornice extension / joiner) compatibility: standard pvc cornices (2, 3 and 4 rail) color: white 1. Product description and assembly task: the spy412 is a plastic joining apparatus used in situations where a single-piece cornice is insufficient for long facades, or when joining two-piece pvc cornices end-to-end. It aligns and secures the junction of two cornices, allowing the curtain (or blind) to slide onto the other rail without snagging.

 Seamless transition: eliminates the denim gap at the joint, ensuring curtain roulette moves smoothly without snagging.

 Alignment: locks two cornice pieces together preventing them from sliding down or sideways.

 Visual uniformity: it helps the cornice appear as one piece by covering the joint at the attachment point.

2. Assembly and technical specifications  Assembly: the apparatus is tightly inserted into the channels (into the spaces behind or inside the rails) of the two cornices to be joined.

generally, cornices are assembled on the ground before being mounted on the ceiling, and are lifted onto the ceiling in one piece.

 Material: Stretchy and durable plastic.

 Structure: nail structure that fits perfectly into the cornice channels.

3. Areas of use  Wide fronts: to add to long halls where standard cornice lengths (for example 3-4 meters) are not enough.

 Piece rating: when you want to rate the pieces in your hand by combining the short cornice pieces.

 L corner turns: as a support with corner turn apparatus.
