Proper Cutting: Use sharp fabric scissors to prevent the ribbon’s mesh from fraying at the ends. Cut at an Angle: By cutting the ends at a slight angle or in a “V” shape, you can achieve an aesthetic look and prevent the threads from fraying. Clothing and Textile Applications: Sewing Application: Can be sewn by hand or with a sewing machine. For machine sewing, use a fine fabric needle (70/10 or 80/12) and a straight/tight stitch. Due to its textured structure, it is recommended to secure the ribbon to the fabric with a safety pin or basting needle beforehand to prevent slipping. Application with Adhesive: Fabric adhesive or hot glue can be used. Since the fabric has a mesh-like (perforated) structure, the adhesive should be applied in small, controlled amounts to prevent it from seeping through to the underside. 3. Washing and Ironing Washing: Wash garments with attached ribbons at a maximum temperature of 30°C, preferably on the delicate cycle or by hand.
