Normally, they are very nice pieces and games, but the box we received had a lot of missing parts, broken, burnt and melted. and the black one does not hold the jointing apparatus either. The parts are all full plastic anyway. The toy figures should definitely be in every home and every child, but I think the parts should be more careful. I have a message for the sender, everything came in a nice box, you wrapped it nicely, but the parts of the toy are problematic, many of them are missing, many of them do not hold the apparatus like that, they look like they are flimsy, and the broken ones look like they have melted. Hqni these need to be compensated. If there is interest in the piece, I am considering buying almost 2 or 3 more boxes. If the problem is fixed, of course. We were in contact with the product brand before purchasing the product, but after purchasing the product, I pointed out the shortcomings of the product and there was no response. When we buy a product, do you pay 300-50 TL less? Then why are you sending missing parts etc? Let's say these could be, why aren't you interested? The customer is a victim, what's the point after those parts don't fit, they can't be played with. There are no turning arms, the round wheels are melted, the broken joining devices are not possible, they do not hold, the parts just sit there, this is unethical. I bought 2 boxes so I said let's try it, I'll buy 2 more boxes, I'm glad I didn't buy 4 boxes at once. The brand does not stand behind the product, I definitely say do not buy from this seller. If there is interest, I will update the comment and inform you, but I don't think so.
