I wonder what the material of the product is, but in the comments they always say that the thread came out and broke, isn't it durable?
Answer from Helezoni
Hello, since it is attached to the cornice, it is not necessary to apply force to the product. We make it strong enough. If the product is not intervened after it is attached to the curtain, there will be no problem.

It's not a cornice, it's a metal ball, it flew off the rope, I shared a picture in the comments section.
Answer from Helezoni
Hello, sir, you can fix it by taping that part, putting it back into the iron and tightening it with an Allen wrench, or send the product to us and we will repair it if you want.
