Hayalperest boncuk Glass drop and shuttle stone earrings

Very nice

It is very stylish as a gold color! I loved it!

When I first ordered the product, I was sent a completely different earring instead of the one I wanted. I requested a return and exchange, but no exchange was made, a direct refund was given. So I ordered the same product again and unfortunately the result did not change again. In my second order, the wrong earring that was sent first was sent again. Really upset that the same mistake was repeated, even though I ordered a second time. It shouldn't be this difficult to get an order right and checked out. Instead of making up for the mistake the first time, sending the same product again is like ignoring the customer's time and money. I will have to use it because I do not want to deal with returns again and I do not have time, but due to this experience I am definitely not satisfied and I do not plan to shop from this site again. I recommend checking the order before shipping the product and ensuring the customer receives exactly what they requested.
