Product Q&As
I want to buy it for PCOS. Is it suitable for consumption? If so, how and in what amount should it be consumed? Does it give the exact same effect as tea? I have a hard time finding real curly mint. Everywhere sells normal mint.
Answer from Haven Herbs & Blends
Hello, our product is officially suitable for external consumption, but it is 100% Spearmint Mint juice. Our product named Moroccan Spearmint has the botanical name Mentha x spicata var crispa (Moroccan). You can compare the pictures with the information on the internet since we grow the product. Best regards.
