Very serious complaint – suspected counterfeit/inauthentic product I purchased Hairgrow Minoxidil 5% 50 ml from Trendyol. The seller is MINHAL ALARABIAH. I received the product, but after carefully checking both the box and the bottle, I found NO production/manufacturing date, NO expiry date, and NO batch/lot number anywhere on the packaging. This is a serious concern for a medicinal product. Without a batch number or expiry date, I cannot verify the product’s origin, manufacturing information, or safety. Therefore, I strongly suspect that the product may be counterfeit, duplicated, or improperly supplied. I have attached clear photographs showing the product, bottle, box, manufacturer information, and the absence of the required traceability information. I request Trendyol to urgently investigate the seller MINHAL ALARABIAH and verify the authenticity and source of this product with the manufacturer, Dar Al Dawa. Please do not simply refer me back to the seller. This concerns the authenticity and safety of a medicinal product sold through your platform. I want a full refund and I request that Trendyol investigate whether other customers may have received products from the same seller without batch and expiry information.
