    Product Q&As

Will a phone holster wet wipe pack fit

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, width is 13 cm, length is 14 cm, height is 10.5 cm.

    Translated by Google

Will it stick to the bathroom cabinet (wooden)?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

    Hello, it sticks

    Translated by Google

I am writing to inform the company, maybe it will be useful. We decided that the place where the napkin is attached is wasted because it goes straight down and goes horizontally. In other products, this place is curved and that's why it tears easily. Yours is always wasted because it goes straight down. We tear it with both hands.

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, thank you for your return.

    Translated by Google

I will stick it to the wooden cabinet. Will it damage the cabinet when it comes off?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

    Hello, it won't hurt

    Translated by Google

Will the product discolour or peel due to moisture?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it is plastic coated on chrome. You can compare it to the wires inside the dishwasher. As long as it's not cut with an outside interference, you should have no problem.

    Translated by Google

    hello what are the dimensions

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, width is 13 cm, length is 14 cm, height is 10.5 cm.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I just bought the product. How do I open the lid on the device? I would appreciate it if you could help me. I haven't tried it yet but it doesn't open

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can open the iron cavity inside by sliding the cover of the apparatus upwards.

    Translated by Google

hi, can we put a spare toilet paper on the top part, will it fit

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, width is 13 cm, length is 14 cm, height is 10.5 cm.

    Translated by Google

Hello, will it leave a mark on the tile when we want to remove the product?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it does not leave a trace.

    Translated by Google

Will our bathroom walls stick to the stone surface and cause damage when removing it?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it sticks. It won't hurt.

    Translated by Google

Can you explain how to separate the black thing I use for gluing the cover into two, whether by sliding it or trying to separate it by removing the wire gap, or is there a video?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can open the iron cavity inside by sliding the cover of the apparatus upwards.

    Translated by Google

Are they the ones that stick without drilling the wall?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

    Hello, yes

    Translated by Google

    What is the mrb size?

    Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, width is 13 cm, length is 14 cm, height is 10.5 cm, distance between shelf and shelf is 8 cm.
