does it make to concrete wall

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it sticks to concrete walls. There is a risk of breakage on the painted wall.

Translated by Google

Hello, how can we remove the paste of this product from the bathroom tiles?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can remove it by scraping it with a knife or with your fingernail.

Translated by Google

Is this model 304 stainless steel?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it is plastic coated on chrome. You can compare it to the wires inside the dishwasher. As long as it's not cut with an outside interference, you should have no problem.

Translated by Google

Hello, I want to buy corner shelves for the shower cabin, but all the shelves I buy wear out over time (I attribute it to the hot water factor). Even though I tried various adhesives, I could not fix a shelf in the long term. I wanted to ask if your products can hold up in the shower cabin in case of exposure to hot water without falling. Do you have a commitment to this? I want to buy more than one product, that's why I'm asking. Thanks ....

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, after the adhesive dries, it is not affected by water, moisture and steam.

Translated by Google

Thank you, the other one was squeezed from the bottom, it was complete, it was not used, but I don't know if it was left incomplete in my production. Thanks anyway

Answer from HAGEN HOME

The adhesive is one use. Once opened, it cannot be preserved and will freeze. You're welcome.

Translated by Google

This black device rotates but does not open.

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, our hair dryer is a little big, is it still okay compared to the ones in hairdressers?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, the length is 20 cm. Diameter is 9.3cm

Translated by Google

Hello, how many kg does the product carry? As you know, the blow dryer is heavy.

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, the hanger can carry up to 10 kg if you stick it by following the usage instructions.

Translated by Google

Will there be any traces of glue etc. on the tile after gluing it to the tile?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it does not leave a trace

Translated by Google

Hello, when putting a blow dryer inside, should we put it with or without a lid? Does it fit with a lid?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, the diameter is 9.3 cm

Translated by Google

Hello, our tiles are not smooth, they are textured, will they stick to food?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it sticks. We recommend that you apply the adhesive in a layer and spread it.

Translated by Google

Hello, if water touches these adhesive products after they are applied to the tiles, will the adhesive lose its effect and fall off?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, after the adhesive dries, it is not affected by water, humidity and steam.

Translated by Google

Will we experience wear on the product material? Is the paint electrostatic paint?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it is plastic coated on chrome. You can compare it to the wires inside the dishwasher. As long as it's not cut with an outside interference, you should have no problem.

Translated by Google

How long should we wait for it to dry?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it has a drying time of 12-24 hours.

Translated by Google

Hello, does it stick to matte tiles?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can stick it on matte tiles.

Translated by Google

Hello, I want to buy this product, but is it possible if I stick it inside the cabinet door instead of the tile? I mean, will the adhesive be effective?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, it sticks

Translated by Google

what is the diameter at the widest part? I have 12 cm space so I will buy accordingly.

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, its diameter is 9.3 cm.

Translated by Google

Assalamu alaikum, I wish you a good day. I glued the product with the adhesive you gave me. Now I need to disassemble, how can I disassemble it?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can disassemble it with the help of a spatula.

Translated by Google

The gluing device you sent us is different from the image shown in the user manual, so we do not understand how to use it. Can you help us?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can open the iron cavity inside by sliding the cover of the apparatus upwards. The lid must be on it when you paste it. First of all, you should only paste the apparatus. After a drying period of 12-24 hours, you can start using it by attaching its iron.

Translated by Google

I have one more question: can it be glued on wood?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

stick

Translated by Google

Hello. How can I disassemble the product when moving?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can remove it with the help of a spatula.

Translated by Google

Hello, can we use the product again after removing it?

Answer from HAGEN HOME

Hello, you can reuse it with new adhesive.

Translated by Google
