The outer carton arrived in good condition, but after opening it, I noticed that several bottles inside had leaked. It appears that some of the bottle caps were not properly sealed, which caused the product to spill inside the box. I also noticed that some of the inner seals/caps appear to have been opened or damaged. I’ve attached photos for reference. Could you please advise on how we can resolve this issue? Thank you.
