Hello, our product does not give high heat like a classic heater/pad. It works on the principle of red light and infrared light therapy, there may be a slight feeling of temperature during use, which is normal. The product features 660 nm red light technology and is used for skin, as part of a pre-sleep relaxation routine, and to support localized muscle areas. The recommended use distance is 20-30cm, and the use time is 10-20 minutes per area.

Hello, our product is a rechargeable and portable red/infrared light therapy panel. The exact wattage is not specified in the technical file; however, the light intensity is at a distance of 3–5 cm. > It has a value of 33 mW/cm². The device has 90 high-intensity LEDs and operates on 660nm red light + minimal near-infrared light technology. It fully charges in approximately 60 minutes and provides about 80 minutes of use with a full battery. The recommended distance during use is 20–30 cm from the skin, and the recommended duration is 10–20 minutes per area.

Hello, yes, our product is suitable for use in the waist and back area. The device has a total of 90 LEDs, including 45 660nm red lights and 45 850nm near-infrared lights. Irradiance values measured with the HP350FR meter: * At a distance of 20 cm: 3,497 mW/cm² * At a distance of 30 cm: 1,523 mW/cm² Also stated in the manufacturer's technical data at a distance of 3–5 cm. > The 33 mW/cm² irradiance value is stated. The application can be done in the waist area from a distance of approximately 20–30 cm for 10–20 minutes.

It is a rechargeable product. Best regards, sir.

Hello, our product is not directly positioned for the purpose of “hair removal”. Red and infrared light therapy; helps to promote cellular regeneration, collagen production, and overall skincare routine. But it does not offer a medical guarantee of hair regrowth or hair loss treatment. If you want to use it on the head area, you can use it without looking directly at the light, keeping the product too close to the skin, and paying attention to the recommended use distance. If there is a special case of hair loss, it is recommended that you consult a dermatologist.

Hello It is pretty easy to use. Simply place the device approximately 20–30 cm away from the area you want to treat and turn it on. Our panel using 660nm red light + 850nm near infrared light technology together. The application time is 15 minutes, and the device will automatically shut off after that. You don't need to set a timer. We recommend keeping your eyes closed when using it on the face area. It can be used to support sleep routines, skin care, and recovery routines after exercise with regular use. ✨ ”

Hello, our product uses 90 high-density LED technology. The technical values are as follows: • Wavelength: 660 nm red light + minimal NIR / near infrared component • Number of LEDs: 90 high-intensity LEDs • Light intensity: at a distance of 3–5 cm > 33 mW/cm² • Beam angle: 120 ° • Light modes: Red / Infrared / Combined use • Flicker / EMF: Flicker-free and 0. 0 µT EMF • Certificates: CE, RoHS, EMC, IEC 62471 photobiological safety standard • Automatic shutdown: 10 minutes • Usage time: Approximately 80 minutes on a full charge The total power consumption of the device is stated as approximately 230 W in the technical file. Calculated over the 90 LEDs, this amounts to an average of only around 2.5 W per LED. The term "power LED" is not used directly in the technical document; the product is defined as "high-density LED". However, it is a powerful high intensity red light therapy device in terms of its average power value per LED and light intensity.

Hello The product can be used in the neck area, but if you have a thyroid disorder or are undergoing active treatment, we recommend consulting your doctor before use. As a usage suggestion, it is recommended to apply the device to the skin from a distance of approximately 20-30 cm for 10-20 minutes. The neck area is also among the areas of use of the product.
