My foot was size 36, but after the surgery, my right foot does not fit into size 36. Special insoles were made. Is size 37 suitable for me?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
Our products are perfect fit, sir. You can choose 1 size larger.

Hello, I am looking for slippers with removable soles in size 32-33 for my daughter with special needs. Do you have it?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
Hello, unfortunately we do not have production in that number.

Hello. There is a 4cm difference between the two feet. My left foot is 4 cm shorter than my right foot, so I have to wear closed shoes in summer and winter, or I have to wear a high heel and a low heel shoe, which will look disproportionate from the outside. Do you have custom summer shoes manufacturing? Or can you make summer sandals with space to put hidden insoles on the inside that won't be noticeable from the outside?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
Hello, unfortunately it is not available sir.

What is the height of the insoles? I need the one with 2 cm height.
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
GENUINE LEATHER * REMOVABLE SOLE, VELCRO. YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN CUSTOM BASE. * SOLE: 4 CM * YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR OWN SHOE NUMBER.

Hello, my foot is size 36 and a half. Should I choose 37 or 38 with insoles?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
Hello, you can choose 37, sir.

Thank you. I have another question. I will use insoles. Should I buy slippers without normal insoles for heel spurs?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
You are welcome, you can choose with insoles, sir.

Can it be worn without insoles and what is the heel height in cm?
Answer from Gondol Ayakkabı
Hello, heel length is 4 cm. Yes, you can use it without special insoles.
