GoldMaster Mola Digital Timer Automatic Filter Coffee Machine with Steel Thermos and Leak-Proof Cup

the product is practical

It's very practical

Yes, the product produces coffee, but I don't understand whether it has the feature of leaving it at high temperatures.

Let me be frank, I don't trust Trendyol sellers at all. Therefore, I take pictures when receiving the goods, and I take pictures when packing. I did not like the product that came at all. With such poor quality plastic, the figure does not come together. It's not the performance, it's worth half the price. I wanted to return it and buy something better, but the seller rejected the return because it was not reusable. I haven't made coffee in this, I wanted to know why I received this answer, Trendyol did not have to provide proof. They said if I accept the return and the seller sends it back to me they will help 🤣 Trendyol acts like a decision-making authority, not a tool. Moreover, I have my own reason for the return, but the seller's reasons for the return rejection are not shared with me. The point is, since you don't trust the seller, I specifically took filter pictures when sending the return so that it would be obvious that it had not been touched. If the seller saw a hair and did not accept it, I would respect it. But whatever the reason, it should provide me with proof and reason. Trendyol support told me that if I did not receive the cargo, it would go to the warehouse. However, my money would not be refunded. Of course, I also stated that I had no intention of taking back the goods I returned. I said I would have to go through legal channels. Of course, it was said that you have the right. Now I will contact the consumer arbitration committee and report both Trendyol and the seller. In short, I do not recommend the seller or the product.
