Hello sir, we kindly request you to follow the steps below in order for the ice cream to freeze at the right consistency: Freezing the Tray: First, you should keep the ice cream tray empty in the freezer until the liquid inside is completely frozen (approximately 4 hours). Preparing the Mixture: After the water inside the tray has completely frozen, you can take it out of the freezer and prepare cream or any ice cream topping you want on it. Re-freezing: After preparing the mixture in the tray, you need to put the tray with the ice cream mixture inside back into the freezer for another 2-3 hours. The water inside the tray enables the freezing process to be much faster than normal, otherwise the homemade ice cream will take much longer. Follow these steps and your ice cream will be ready in perfect consistency.
