Beautiful, very good quality, very cute color

GOOD LUCK, my cargo arrived with the CARGO COMPANY, but it had just left on Saturday and I received a message that it would be delivered within the day, but in the evening around 6, it finished the distribution in the district where I live and went to the village of the district, but my cargo was not delivered, even though I live in the district. I waited until 8pm because it had time. However, it did not arrive. When I looked the next day, I saw in the cargo tracking link that my cargo was sent to Istanbul Sultanbeyli (I am from Kırklareli and it went to another city without being delivered). BUT I WAS NOT REACHED AND INFORMED. ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ Moreover, since the next day was Sunday, I could not reach the customer representative, and I thought my cargo was going through the return process for no reason, because I WAS NOT CONTACTED AND INFORMED. ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ ❌️ When I searched on the internet, I learned that KOLAY GELSİN KARGO ŞİRKETİ has only one branch and it is in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul. When I called the customer representative of KOLAY GELSİN KARGO ŞİRKETİ the next morning, they took care of it, but they told me ISTANBUL DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE MAP, SOMETHING LIKE THAT CANNOT HAPPEN, YOU MISSED IT, but I even took a screenshot :D So they said that my eyes were seeing wrong. They said my cargo would be delivered in a short time. About 10 minutes after this phone call, my cargo was out for delivery from Istanbul to Kırklareli: D djjdkdjdj I guess it was necessary to push it. As far as I understand, as long as the distribution is not finished during the day (but it is also a separate mistake for the courier to go to the village before finishing the cargo in the district, that is, because he did a half-hearted job here and there, the priority was changed while shipping the cargo in the district) the cargo went to Istanbul Sultanbeyliye, which is a single branch, so if they say this and say it will be distributed again, I have no problem, but the customer representative did not accept this and said that nothing like that can happen and claimed that my eyes were seeing wrong wjejejdjjdej, in short, GOOD LUCK, THE CARGO COMPANY is not good at all. I was not satisfied with the shipping process because I was unintentionally stressed thinking that it would be returned. However, the pen is good, I liked it.
