During this period, which is described as a period of change and renewal in turkish literature, a number of different initiatives were made in the name of renewal.

in the discussions and debates related to these initiatives, he was seen as the defender of nâci eski and dîvan edebiyat

therefore, by his opponents &quot

Murteci &quot

Is described as. Nâci, who was seen as a master and teacher with great appreciation in his time, was subjected to many attacks and criticisms that he did not deserve at all

he was targeted by his opponents.

the supporters of renewal are also by young poets who write gazelles in the style of old famous poets in the style of divan poetry and around them who produce works in this field. &quot

Teacher &quot

They accused nâci of being a representative of the old style, ignoring his poems written in a new style. Unfortunately, this negative thought has continued even after his death

in this old-new conflict that will continue for a long time, he was considered the representative of that oldness.

Halbuki nâci strongly opposed wholesale denial and destruction of the values that make us alienation rather than regeneration, especially western imitation

He has displayed a national and local stance without bending or twisting, and has taken great care of our ancient literature and art, whose roots are deep in the past, with great sincerity and loyalty.
