To support rural development, we have established our freeze-drying facility in balıkesir burhaniye şahinler village, funded by european union funds. we source fruits and vegetables from local producers who operate in the vicinity of our village and edremit bay. Under hygienic conditions in accordance with european union directives We dry fruits and vegetables in a way that everyone will enjoy their crispy texture, using the freeze-dry method, preserving their flavors, colors, nutritional values, and naturalness. Firstly, we sort out the products in the freeze-drying process, wash them and freeze them at -40 degrees. After freezing, we put the products into our machines that evaporate and dry the essences inside under low pressure and at very low temperatures, bringing the moisture content of the products to 2-3%. We deliver our products, which have a low humidity level, to you in their most natural state, by placing them in our protective packaging that does not allow air and light in, in humidity-controlled packaging rooms. Our products in protective packaging do not need to be frozen or refrigerated, it is sufficient to store them in a cool and dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Moreover, the expiration dates of our products, which have been brought to very low humidity levels, are also very long.
