The fruits and vegetables we supply from local producers producing in the vicinity of our village and edremit bay in our freeze drying facility, which we set up in the village of piscesir burhaniye şahinler, with the support from european union funds, to support rural development. Under hygienic conditions in accordance with european union directives
By preserving their tastes, colors, nutritional values, and naturalness, we also dry the forms of fruits and vegetables using the freeze-dry method in a crusty way that everyone loves to consume.
In the freeze drying process, we first weave the products, wash them and freeze them at -40 degrees.
After freezing, we put the essence waters in the products in our machines that evaporate and dry them at low pressure and very low temperatures, and bring the moisture amount of the products to 2-3% levels.
We put our products, which have dropped humidity levels, in our protective packaging that does not get air and light in humidity-controlled packaging rooms, and deliver them to you in their most natural forms.
Our products that enter the protective packaging do not need a freezer or refrigerator to store them, it is enough to store them at room temperature and in a cool and dry place without direct sunlight.
Moreover, the expiration times of our products, which have been brought to very low humidity levels, are also very long.
Have discomfort in advance.
